Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on trust and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters, with a strong background in probate disputes, landlord and tenant law, and TLATA claims. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, delivering top-tier service to clients, and consistently meeting billing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
  • Advise on landlord and tenant law, including commercial and residential cases
  • Represent clients in TLATA claims
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
