Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Established Publican to manage their prime pub situated in the heart of North Shields Fish Quay.

This bustling area offers an ideal location with numerous shops, food outlets, and mixed housing within close proximity. With one of only 10 pubs in the area serving around 3,000 adults, there is immense potential for growth and development of a strong food and drinks offer.

The site currently boasts the ability to drive trade through live entertainment, cask ales, popular beers, ciders, wines, and spirits. Our team is looking for someone who can build on this success and take the business to the next level.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

As our Established Publican, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
