This pub is available on a Tenancy At Will agreement (TAW). A TAW agreement is a short-term licence which can be terminated at short notice. You are taking on a temporary agreement only and as such some key elements of the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act will not apply. TAWs cannot be assigned nor can sub-letting take place.

Even though this may only be a tenancy at will, you will need some form of capital behind you for cash flow and early expenses. The actual amount of capital required for ingoings and the rent will be discussed with the Operations Manager.


Please be aware that for a TAW application, you will need an up-to-date Personal Licence to progress.

At the Union Inn, guests relax in cosy surroundings with soft furnishings and a classic pub feel, offering a warm welcome to locals and those visiting the area. The pub is a fantastic place to enjoy a pint and meal with friends and family, boasting four attractive ensuite guest rooms used for bed and breakfast.

The spacious bar area, games room and snug lounge regularly host a wide range of live entertainment. At the rear of the pub is a fantastic beer garden equipped with an outdoor bar, the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing drink in the sunshine. At the back of the pub is parking for up to 16 cars.


The Union Inn is best known for its live TV sports offering and is well established amongst locals as the place to be to enjoy all major sporting events. The pub is also home to numerous local, community indoor and outdoor sports teams. The pub has a fantastic reputation for serving quality cask ales and is cask marque accredited. There is an exciting opportunity to enhance the food offering in the pub to take advantage of the well-equipped catering kitchen and the 30 covers throughout the pub.
