**The Role**

We are seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Perth & Blairgowrie. As a Relief colleague, you will play an important part in ensuring we provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays, and absence.

You'll support individuals to manage their own homes, increase and maintain their independence, and encourage and support them with their social, health, and wellbeing needs.

The people we support all have different hobbies and interests too, so we'll need you to bring creativity and enthusiasm into supporting them to access leisure facilities, engage in meaningful activities, and take part in hobbies and interests that are important to them, both within their home and out in their local communities.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare. In addition, you'll be part of a supportive team environment that values your contributions and well-being.

**Shift Patterns**

We're dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support possible, so shift patterns for our services involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.
