Your RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. Requirements- A passion for helping others, previous caring experience is desirable but not essential.
- A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is desirable.
- You should be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.
- Mileage reimbursement at 35p.
- Opportunity for extra income through our Care Friends referral scheme (up to £500 per referral).
- Overtime available to boost your earnings.
- A comprehensive 3-day training programme, followed by shadowing and peer support from a dedicated care mentor in your first 12 weeks.
- Uniform provided, along with a mobile phone and the Cera app to enhance safe and efficient working.
