Estates Maintenance Technician

About the Role
The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Estates Maintenance Worker to join our team and contribute to delivering a range of planned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs, minor planned installations, and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment, services, buildings, and plant.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are completed in compliance with the Department's Workforce Planning Portfolios and Quality system.
- Comply with Safe Systems of work as operated by the Estates Department, together with Statutory Regulations such as Health & Safety, COSHH, etc.
Person Specification
- Essential
- Ability to use a range of tools and equipment.
- Experience of building services/engineering environment.
- Conversant with health and safety issues within a workshop environment.
- Desirable
- Understanding of ISO9001:2000 or equivalent quality system.
