About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs, minor planned installations, and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment, services, buildings, and plant.
  • Assist maintenance craftsmen and technicians as necessary.
  • Utilize Estates documentation to ensure effective and economic issue of spares/materials from Estates Stores.

Requirements

  • Ability to use a range of tools and equipment.
  • Experience of building services/engineering environment.
  • Conversant with health and safety issues within a workshop environment.
