Job Description

As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations, and processing new business
  • Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
  • Handling clients' requests and queries
  • Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
  • Sending reports and investment information to clients
  • Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
  • Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines.

Requirements

The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in a financial services or financial planning firm
  • Experience of report writing, valuations, and appraisals would be ideal
  • Strong administration skill set
  • Great communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Up-to-date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
