As a Regional Data Adoption Manager at our Transformation Unit, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of the Federated Data Platform across NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of change strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and support to ensure successful adoption within the NHS.
  • Management of a regional Change Network, sharing best practices and coordinating training, support, and communications.
  • Foster collaboration by establishing a Change Network and sharing resources, training, and communications.

This role requires a strong understanding of NHS digital programmes, care provision, and the broader health economy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Change or related fields.

The salary for this position is approximately £95,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
