Reablement Team Lead

We are looking for a Reablement Team Lead to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
This exciting opportunity requires the ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide professional support and training to team members.
A competitive salary of £46,700 - £49,155 (inclusive of a 12.5% market supplement) is offered for this challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload and conduct strengths-based OT assessments using person-centered practice principles.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to optimize outcomes and make decisions regarding equipment provision.
- Act as an expert advisor to team members on the provision of bespoke equipment and evaluate reasoning to ensure best value.

Requirements:
