We are seeking an experienced Innovation Leader to drive our natural language processing research efforts. As a key member of our research team, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative AI models for business applications across Alexa, AWS, and other Amazon businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge natural language processing algorithms for business applications">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in AI research">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in natural language processing and machine learning">
  • Lead ambitious research agendas from inception to production">

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">
  1. ">
  2. 5+ years of experience building models for business applications">
  3. PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field">
  4. Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or related languages">
  5. Experience with natural language processing and/or multi-modal data processing">

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. ">
  2. Experience using Unix/Linux environments">
  3. Deep understanding of deep learning algorithms, particularly computer vision">
  4. Experience training and evaluating large language models">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
