Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at WR Engineering. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our pressure switch, pressure sensors, and pressure transmitters product portfolio in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy vehicle, water, hygiene, and related markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record in external sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Previous experience selling pressure switches, sensors, and related products
- Valid UK driving license
- Technical qualification within a related engineering discipline (desirable)
