About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trading Application Support Engineer to join our team at Quant Capital. As a key member of our trading support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our trading applications, including Market data and trade floor support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain trading applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Write technical documentation and knowledge base articles to document problems and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the trading team to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our trading teams

Requirements

  • Experience in application support for Fixed Income or Commodities applications
  • Experience working in a fund or prop trading firm within the last year
  • Computer Science or STEM degree
  • Experience in trade floor support of trading applications
