We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Recovery Navigator to join our team at Barnsley Recovery Steps. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver targeted outreach, in-reach, and cross-reach activities to engage individuals with health prevention and education initiatives.
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients, helping them to set and achieve recovery goals.
This role requires a strong understanding of addiction and recovery, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized recovery plans, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey.
The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career development and professional growth.
