This SEN Plan Coordinator role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people with SEND. As a key representative of the Local Authority, you will coordinate and implement statutory duties to ensure the best possible outcomes for these individuals.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with parents and carers to navigate the EHC process, crafting tailored plans that address the unique needs of each child or young person, and upholding exceptional standards of communication and prioritization.

To succeed in this position, you should bring a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disability specialist area, coupled with relevant training and continuous professional growth. Additionally, your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines is essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.17, paid on a weekly basis. The working schedule spans from Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
