This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice Recovery Navigator and contribute to our mission to reduce substance-related harm and promote recovery in communities. By working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will have the chance to develop valuable skills and expertise in adult care, while gaining a Level 2 apprenticeship in Adult Care, including Level 1 in functional skills (Maths & English).

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, creating and reviewing recovery plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive support services. You will also complete a Level 2 apprenticeship in Adult Care, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your career as a Recovery Navigator. The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,028, which includes generous annual leave entitlement and flexible working arrangements. After one year of service, you will be eligible for the living wage based on your age bracket, offering additional financial benefits and job security. Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for applicants who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for community support and recovery. A Level 2 apprenticeship in Adult Care, including Level 1 in functional skills (Maths & English), is required, but we welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience or qualifications in adult care or a related field.
