At CDM Recruitment, we're on the hunt for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the North East. This exciting opportunity is based in our Cramlington office and offers a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus commission.

This role involves working closely with our Consultant team to support our recruitment efforts across the North of England. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing job advertisements and handling responses;
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates and potential candidates;
  • Screening and interviewing candidates;
  • Conducting research to support recruitment efforts;
  • Organizing and managing candidate information using spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be highly organized and flexible. Benefits include 27.5 days of annual leave, weekday office hours, free parking, and access to training programs.
