Job Title: Construction Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Liaison Officer to join our team at Ionic Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between contractors, residents, and scheme managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents and scheme managers on site, providing information and support regarding the construction program.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with residents and contractors, ensuring timely completion of works.
  • Develop and implement resident liaison strategies for all projects and contracts, promoting effective communication and minimizing disruptions.
  • Manage and resolve difficulties and complaints regarding planned work, negotiating with all parties to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Support and plan social value events within the community, fostering positive relationships between residents and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in occupied high-rise social housing blocks, with a strong understanding of fire safety and electrical services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and scheme managers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
