We are offering a competitive salary up to £52,500 per annum (FTE) depending on experience, along with additional benefits including:

**Job Description**

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of our Primary Care Practitioner team, working alongside experienced GPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Your role will involve:

  • Working 24 hours per week (3 days)
  • Seeing acute, on-the-day appointments only
  • Conducting home visits as needed

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must be a prescriber with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
