About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and solution-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Support Worker. This role involves working closely with other team members to deliver key elements of the Healthy Child programme, focusing on identifying and meeting the health and wellbeing needs of school-aged children. The successful candidate will be based in the Stratford Hub and work from different community locations, requiring flexibility and creativity in engaging with diverse populations.
This role is term-time only, varying from 30 to 37 hours. You will have experience working with children, young people, and families, possessing excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements.
- Delivering national Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) and Health Needs Assessment (HNA)
- Recording height and weight of reception and year 6 pupils
- Entering data into specialist IT programmes
