About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Advanced Addiction Care Specialist to join our team at HMP Onley, a category C prison located in Rugby. As part of our Substance Misuse team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with substance misuse issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions and working closely with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to reduce substance misuse within the prison population.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for individuals with substance misuse issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to address substance misuse
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to reduce substance misuse
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
- Experience in addiction care or a related field
- Knowledge of current research and best practices in addiction care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
