Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care. You will supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the nursery setting effectively
- Communicate excellently with children, staff members, and parents
- Use creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities
- Maintain a positive outlook to keep children happy and secure
- Develop and maintain the nursery budget
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
