Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and senior executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diaries of the CEO and senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide administrative support, including screening messages, calls, and visitors, and handling sensitive documents and data with confidentiality.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, senior executives, and other stakeholders, including colleagues, finance functions, and external parties.
  • Manage relationships with external third parties, including IT, telecommunications, and office repairs.
  • Support the delivery of events, communication, and marketing strategies, and play a key role in the delivery and organization of projects.
Requirements
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience working for a CEO and/or senior executives.
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and able to cultivate productive working relationships across the organization.
  • A team player capable of facilitating the access requirements for deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people, or a willingness to undertake in-role training.
  • A strong personal commitment to and interest in the vision of Creative Diversity Network.
