About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit
  • Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks on your unit
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner
  • Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles
  • Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication

Requirements:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently on your own initiative
  • Good standard of digital skills
