High-End Catering Assistant

Ashdown Appointments is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team in a rural location.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including generous meals on duty, uniforms provided, and use of leisure facilities.
The successful candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce, and will be able to work effectively within a busy kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and contributing to the development of new menu ideas.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Imaginative and creative approach to food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Benefits include:
- Straight 8 hour shifts between 6.30am and 7.30pm
- Generous salary with regular reviews
- No late finishes unless there is a function (approx. 4 a year)
