About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our store operations and drive customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for setting the direction of travel in your area, coaching and motivating your team, and developing yourself as an operational expert.
