Job Title: Powertrain Concept Design and Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Powertrain Concept Design and Integration Engineer to join our team at Contechs. As a key member of our Body & Chassis division, you will be responsible for designing and integrating powertrain concepts for our automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop powertrain concepts using Catia V5 software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate powertrain designs into full vehicle layouts
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and design specifications
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with automotive industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in powertrain design and technology

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive design and development, with a focus on powertrain design
  • Proficiency in Catia V5 software and experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
