Manufacturing Equipment Technician Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Equipment Technician to join our team at Taylor Higson. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and setting machinery to ensure high-quality production.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department quality targets
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience operating/setting machinery in a production/manufacturing background
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000, rising slightly after probation
  • Overtime opportunities to cover sickness and holidays
