Job Description

Workshop Recruitment is looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer to lead our production lines and guarantee product quality.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled engineer to work independently in a small engineering department and make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure equipment is available to meet daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and implement TPM schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and collaborate with colleagues to achieve this goal.
  • Maintain high-quality and safety standards throughout the factory.
  • Support the R&D and project departments when necessary.
  • Perform facility maintenance and repairs as required.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £62,500 and £82,000, depending on your experience. You will also be eligible for a company pension, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and onsite parking.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably with a mechanical bias.
  • More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and lean manufacturing techniques.
