Are you an experienced Headteacher looking to support a small SEMH Primary school in leading their improvement plan? We are seeking a skilled School Improvement Advisor SEMH to join our team at Baltimore Consulting Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the school in a pastoral and therapeutic manner for all children
• Lead the improvement plan and policy journey
• Model leadership for the current staff structure
• Act as Headteacher when needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Headteacher in a SEMH school
• Primary school experience
• Qualified Teachers Status
