Specialist SEMH Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEMH Teacher to join our outstanding team in Greenwich. As a SEMH Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and inspiring students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEMH students, promoting a love of learning and fostering a supportive environment.
- Individualised Education Plans: Create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to monitor student progress and address specific needs.
- Building Positive Relationships: Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Implementing Innovative Strategies: Stay up-to-date with best practices and implement innovative teaching strategies to support SEMH students.
As a SEMH Teacher in Greenwich, you will have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognised teaching qualification and be committed to ongoing professional development.
- Experience Working with SEMH Students: Have experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to Inclusivity: Be committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, promoting the well-being and success of all students.
