We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our Wound Care Service, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and advice to patients with wound care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with specialist nurses.
- Work in a variety of community settings, including patients' homes, clinics, GP practices, and nursing homes.
- Conduct lower limb and vascular assessments, including doppler ultrasound and toe pressure measurements.
- Apply negative pressure wound therapy and pressure injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- NMC Registered Nurse with experience in community nursing and wound care.
- Sound knowledge and skills in lower limb wound management, wound care, and pressure injury prevention.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
