About You

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for supporting older adults, combined with a commitment to delivering quality care, is essential. Previous experience working with older adults in residential settings, particularly those with dementia, is highly desirable.

  • You will work closely with the Wellbeing Coordinator to develop and deliver activity programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our residents.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of our residents and the care team is crucial in this role.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,000 - £32,000, depending on experience. Avery Healthcare will cover the cost of a DBS Disclosure check. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is also required.
