Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at the Confederation of Service Charities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing and dementia care teams, ensuring the smooth transition of new residents and maintaining excellent service for current residents.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless administrative service while upholding a compassionate, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents and visitors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in administration and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive and respectful environment.

A salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role, along with a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
