Main Purpose of Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Police Cadet Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of Volunteer Police Cadets in their personal and professional development.
  • Deliver training and guidance to cadets on various aspects of policing and community safety.
  • Organize and participate in community events and activities to promote the work of the Police Cadet programme.
  • Work closely with other teams within the force to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to youth development.
Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with young people and build positive relationships.
  • Knowledge of policing and community safety principles.
  • Experience of working with volunteers or in a youth development role.
