Job Opportunity: Sales & Customer Service Executive
A leading food manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their team at Scantec Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth delivery of products and monitor UK wholesaler & direct to trade payments.
- Support the sales office function and manage sales orders for both UK trade and wholesale customers.
- Enter orders onto the NAV / CRM system.
- Provide national accounts administrative support, including presentations and day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
- Customer service sales experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Good IT skills, including Office 365, Power Point, and NAV.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized with good planning skills, a self-starter, and problem solver/solution provider for customer/consumer enquiries.
About the Role:
This is a cross-functional office role that will enable the sales office to function more effectively by having a dedicated admin resource.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual with a strong ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
