About the Role:

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. You will work closely with the operational and commercial teams to drive business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the optimisation of ERP and BI systems to improve business performance
  • Analysis of financial and business data to assess and challenge performance
  • Evolve and embed standard costing methodology throughout the organisation
  • Support Sales and Operations teams in new business development and commercial pricing, planning, and forecasting
  • Provide analysis of factory performance and recommend improvements
  • Lead in process development and working with management to drive meaningful insights and control to support and influence business performance
  • Support, drive, and lead projects as required to deliver business improvement
Requirements:
  • Naturally inquisitive with a mindset to ask why
  • A desire to get involved and make things happen
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytically minded with the ability to turn data into insight and action
  • Experience and understanding of process manufacturing and standard costing methodology
  • Good knowledge and experience of ERP and reporting systems
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience
