Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Cost Technician to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Finance Cost Technician, you will play a critical role in managing direct and MOH costs at site, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting business partners to deliver site finance priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage direct and MOH costs at site, ensuring correct reporting and variances vs AOP.
  • Month-end reporting of direct and MOH costs, accurate and timely.
  • Support business partners to deliver site finance priorities.
  • Produce balance sheets to prove month-end balances.
  • Accounts payable ownership for raw materials procurement at site.
  • Site MyBuy superuser.
  • Attend QCDM.
  • Ensure GCS and SOX compliance.
  • Ensure GRIR report is kept under control.
Requirements
  • Purchase ledger experience.
  • Working Excel skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Eye for detail and spotting errors.
  • Ability to work on numerous systems.
  • Drive for results and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise.
