We're seeking an accomplished Lead Design Strategist to join our team at Legal & General. This role will see you working closely with the Head of Design, focusing on creating marketing materials and sales support for various print and digital formats across our UK Private Markets business.

In this position, you'll be responsible for:
  1. Designing and updating marketing materials for a range of print and digital formats, including literature, advertising, online and in-person event assets, social media content, video editing, and animation.
  2. Developing RFP and pitch templates, as well as contributing to ongoing new business opportunities and submissions for the UK Private Markets team.
  3. Applying, monitoring, and promoting our brand across all communications created.
  4. Regularly reviewing LGIM's social media channels to ensure consistency in our visual identity.
  5. Maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Ensuring compliance with current regulations, guaranteeing that designed items are clear, fair, and not misleading, and adhere to brand guidelines.
  7. Liaising with agency partners, printers, and suppliers when required to produce and print materials.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your graphic design expertise and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Acrobat DC.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:style='margin-bottom:10px;'>A minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.A strong understanding of the print and digital production process.Knowledge of UX/UI design and basic web design principles.The ability to manage tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including performance-related bonuses, a generous pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance (for permanent employees), and at least 25 days of holiday per year, plus public holidays. You'll also have the option to purchase additional holiday time and participate in our electric car scheme.
