At BMS Performance, we are seeking a talented Graduate Business Development Executive to join our team in West London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing businesses in the region, increasing spend and revenue for our company's brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in sales and develop their skills in business development.

Your primary objective will be to increase spend and revenue by conducting regular meetings with business owners, promoting our premium cigars and cigarillos. You will also influence purchasing decisions in convenience stores, expanding our presence in the market. As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will work closely with senior team members to develop your understanding of our product, market, and sales cycle, receiving comprehensive training to enhance your skills.

The ideal candidate will have fantastic verbal and written communication skills, a full clean UK driving license, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently. They will also have a learning mindset, a desire to be coached and developed, and the grit and stamina to continue when faced with challenges. Our competitive remuneration package includes £31,000 basic salary, commission on top, a company car and fuel card, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, and pension contributions.
