Rubicon Consulting is seeking a Quality Assurance and Health Engineer to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing quality assurance and health and safety support across the whole business.

The Quality Assurance and Health Engineer will report to the Quality and Safety Manager and will be a member of the QESH team. The role will involve providing business-wide support on quality and safety & health, as well as occasional support on environment and security matters.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing quality assurance and health and safety support across the business
  • Reviewing and approving documentation
  • Designing and implementing quality and safety systems
  • Conducting risk assessments and investigations
  • Liaising with group companies and external suppliers

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role and will be fully conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

This is a permanent role located in Staffordshire, with occasional travel to site or suppliers required.
