Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site in Norwich.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement effective risk management strategies;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;
  • Manage site budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed-upon parameters;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, including £58,375 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement. A basic salary is estimated based on location and job description.
