Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth Strategies
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies that align with the firm's objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including service lines, Client and Markets team, commercial finance, and legal.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
  • Post-Bid Analysis
    • Analyze bid outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and sharing key learnings with the bid team.

  • Proven experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per annum
