Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Lancaster Resources Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development or sales within the ServiceNow ecosystem, specifically handling large-scale deals.
The role will involve leveraging a strong network of contacts to engage senior decision-makers, influencing key stakeholders while focusing on achieving outstanding customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage a strong network of contacts to engage senior decision-makers and influence key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals in the UK&I market.
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on long-term partnership opportunities and large-scale projects.
- Craft simple yet effective solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges.
Requirements:
- Prior proven success in business development or sales within the ServiceNow ecosystem, specifically handling large-scale deals.
- A strong background in SaaS sales is also desirable.
- An established network of contacts and a proven ability to leverage relationships for business growth would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, with the ability to match their capabilities to client needs.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position is designed for a driven, connected, and innovative business development professional ready to take on significant challenges and drive substantial growth within key markets.
