Luxury Sales and Design Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Poltrona Frau S.P.A. in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in our showroom, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
  2. Work closely with the Showroom Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Meet and greet clients, offering expert advice on luxury goods and ensuring their needs are met.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Ensure the showroom is presented in an outstanding condition, adhering to high visual merchandising standards.
  6. Offer technical support and information to clients about our products.
  7. Maintain accurate inventory and store goods, checking products for damage.
  8. Utilize company reporting tools to analyze sales information and contribute to the expansion of our client database.
  9. Support the Store Manager and Retail Director in organizing events and promotional activities.
  10. Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales data.
  11. Identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
  12. Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to implement programs and execute operational and organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience (2-3 years) in the high-end furniture or luxury goods industry is highly valued.
Technical and Soft Skills:
  1. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stress.
  4. Polite and customer-oriented.
  5. Team player.
  6. Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  7. Oriented and proactive approach to achieving goals.

Work Location: Harrods - London

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, with working hours varying based on a rotating rota. Shifts range from 10 AM to 6 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM.
