Luxury Sales and Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales and Design Professional to join our team at Poltrona Frau S.P.A. in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience to clients.
- Work closely with the Showroom Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and greet customers, providing them with information about our luxury goods and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory and store goods, and ensure all products are in good condition.
- Use company reporting tools to analyze sales information and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the expansion of our company database by registering and profiling client data.
- Support the Store Manager and Retail Director in organizing events and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information.
- Identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in the high-end furniture or luxury goods industry is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stress.
- Polite and customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Team player with an oriented and proactive approach to achieving goals.
Our luxury showroom is located in Harrods, London, and our working hours vary based on a rotating rota, ranging from 10 AM to 6 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Sunday.
