Job Description: We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work with children with various additional needs in schools across the Chester area. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to students, promote positive behavior, and aid in their learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs
  • Caring and nurturing personality
  • Able to build rapport with children and manage challenging behavior
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ideal qualifications include Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant certification
