Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports
- Manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
- A competitive salary of £34,000 to £36,000 depending on experience
