About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Care Coordinator to join our team at GoodOaks Home Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce weekly rotas and care schedules to ensure the care we provide keeps clients safe, well, and happy in their own homes.
  2. Undertake care visits when required, including being available some evenings and weekends when needed.
  3. Daily troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  4. Manage staff absence, allocate extra calls, and cancel care calls when necessary.
  5. Assist in the training and induction of new team members.
  6. Facilitate GoodOaks in providing a continuous and reliable service.
Requirements
  1. You are a highly organized and efficient coordinator with a people-focused approach.
  2. Ideally, you have previous domiciliary care experience and/or strong care coordinator skills.
  3. You are a strong communicator with all types of people and able to remain positive.
  4. You are IT confident, enabling effective scheduling, team contact, and work planning.
  5. You are highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high.
  6. You are growth-focused and support continued development of yourself and the team.
  7. You are dedicated with high energy levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
