We are seeking a talented and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

This role offers a competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential of up to £100,000 per year. You will also receive full training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume telesales role, preferably in regulated insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
